  • At least 3 workshops of your choice, reserved when you book. The rest are first come, first served on the day
  • 50+ amazing facilitators across the weekend
  • Signature events: the Floating Sound Journey and Aerial Sound Healing
  • Yoga, pilates and dance, from backbends and arm balances to contact improvisation and Thai dance
  • Healing modalities: sound healing, breathwork, kundalini activation, hypnosis and EFT, and meditation
  • Talks and creative workshops: philosophy, Ayurveda and wellbeing, the handpan, mandala drawing and art therapy

Your reserved workshops are guaranteed. Every other session is first come, first served on the day, from 15 people in the Healing Room to 50 in Om Studio.
